FPD 1_Domain 5. Concept Acceptance

So, here comes to our last domain --- Domain 5, Concept Acceptance. In this domain, we are required to look for a consumer for a one to one interview session. Due to in domain 2, we have met many ketos consumers and we have many of their contacts (this is how important of networking😜). So, this time is quite easy for us to manage to contact them and arrange the time and place with them (because only one person, not like the domain 2 focus group, everyone comes from anywhere).

Me when I like to watch a Horror movie,
But I am scared.
So, from this domain, what I have learnt is people don't say clearly what they want, and we always need to analyse why they said so. If someone said "This looks scary" to one of the concepts but end up chose that concept to be the first concept that they like the most, we need to analyse and justify why he or she said so😮. "Scary" can mean 'I don't like to try because it looks scary' or 'It looks scary and I want to try it!'; it's just same like "I am afraid to watch Horror Movie because it's scary, But I LOVE Horror Movie!". The answers might be straight forward, but it can have many many different meanings

Image result for brain start work out gifWe categories their answers/comments to negative and positive. However, there are some mistakes that we have made, which we manipulated their comments. (e.g. the SEY snack bar looks like a meal replacement and not a snack bar for the consumers because of the portion size😵). We categorize it into negative comments because in our perspective this is not good for us as we should making a snack bar. The result is should focus on the product whether is positive or negative to them, not focus on what we want 🙇. The discussion should analyse the result with the justification on why it is positive to them, and the element/variable that affected them. We cannot change the result, but we have to study it and from there look for the stronger points that we can use/ utilise or the weakness that we can modify for our beta-concept. It is also can be applied in the real world when I listen to other's comment, I should be neutral at first to accept their comments, and to improve myself as well as learn from others.
