So it reaches to the end of the module this semester. We have gathered and compiled all the data in 2 weeks after the online challenge has ended. Throughout the post-project analysis, which put the statistic to showcase the quantitative data and the qualitative data that we have collected. Quantitative data to gauge the accomplishment of the project and qualitative data involves the key takeaways and the participants' feedback on the event. We are quite pleased and satisfied with the result, although we didn't accomplish the 100 students target that we have set at the beginning, the project is considered a success.
Firstly, the main objective of this event is to raise awareness of mental health and to solve the mental health issues of youth during this MCO period. The purpose is achieved based on the participants' reflection, key takeaway and the evaluation of the challenge. One of the participants has mentioned that this 14 days challenge has allowed her to spread positivities online and eventually boost her mood & strengthen her mental health, especially during this MCO period.
We also didn't know that spreading this positive can have a good impact not only on ourselves but on the others, even strangers. One of the participants reflected that he felt good when he posted a motivation quote on his Instagram story and others said thank you to him for making their day up. I also feel great when doing some small little actions that can actually make up some people's day or even inspire people. "With small things we can make big impacts."
Besides, this project does not only benefit the participants but also ourselves. The achievement of the project also can be measured from the followers of our Instagram page, which is 182 followers. It has proven our teamwork and ability to publicize an event by approaching and communicate with other's associations, NGOs, and student bodies. (It's difficult to gain such a large number of followers especially a new Instagram account). However, I believed we could achieve more than that if we have more time to publicize.
In conclusion, I have learnt a lot from this project in terms of conducting an online campaign, collaboration skill and teamwork. Above all else, this CSI experience is so unique, and I am happy to have this part as my journey. Lastly, I would like to say every mind and small things matter.
